winter squash gnocci

Made the plunge with some home made gnocci. And all I can say is {never again}! Suggested time was 1.5 hours, it took us 3.

It turned out yummy, but super duper work-intensive. Especially after I realized I don’t have a ricer, and we ended up pushing the squash through a dish drainer, and tiny potato pieces through a garlic press. Oy vey.
